Client Advisor Assistant-Private Wealth Management

Job duties:

  • Work closely with the Client Advisors to assist in handling client relationships as well as executing of investment orders
  • Assist the Client Advisors in promoting Haitong's PWM investment products, tailored solutions and services to high net-worth clients
  • Assist in preparing client documentation, reports and presentations deck
  • Manage appointment scheduling, follow-up meetings, business trips and reminders for client advisors
  • Manage onboarding process for new clients, including gathering necessary documentation and information
  • Act as the liaison between the teams of Client Advisors, Investment Products, Compliance, Finance, Operations, IT, etc. for functional efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures in client account maintenance

Qualifications:

  • A university degree in banking/finance with relevant work experience within private banking or wealth management
  • Strong Knowledge of financial product and technical competence in the understanding and delivery of wealth management solutions
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin (require to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients)
  • Strong PowerPoint skills to create and update presentations for client meetings and internal reporting
  • Willingness to work under a dynamic environment, multi-tasking skills to handle tight and short assignment and meet project deadlines
