We are looking for a dynamic individual to conceptualise, plan and execute marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional strategies for our Paragon.Responsibilities: Enhance customer experience through mall wide promotions and campaigns to drive shoppers' and tourist traffic, and increase tenant sales Plan and execute all marketing campaigns, events and other related promotional activities for the mall, and ensure effective communication and publicity of the initiatives Liaise with creative & media agencies, contractors, vendors and event companies to ensure the successful running of projects and events Good grasp of digital/ social media marketing; identifying trends, insights, optimise spend and maintain good social media presence. Liaise with tenants on promotions/events and provide marketing assistance. Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns Management of causal leasing spaces to ensure a healthy take up rate and achieve the yearly KPIs Drive mall's loyalty programme through effective loyalty marketing and rewards catalogue curation Oversee and train customer service staff to ensure smooth daily operation Track and manage marketing budget and achieve KPI targets. Requirements: Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication or related discipline Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing communications within a retail environment Experience in shopping malls, social media platforms and digital marketing preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Creative, resourceful, meticulous, and able to multi-task Able to adapt to a fast-working environment
