Auptimate is a Singapore-headquartered startup helping angel investors, syndicate leads, fund managers, and professional investors design, launch, and operate their SPVs, Syndicates, and Funds. We are a fast-growing seed-stage company with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service as we scale. Role Summary We are seeking a proactive, detail-driven Head of Operations to join us with prior experience. This role combines client success management with operations leadership , ensuring that client relationships are nurtured while the internal team operates efficiently. You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams, and leadership to maintain smooth service delivery and improve internal systems. Key Responsibilities Own and manage client accounts throughout the customer lifecycle—from onboarding to ongoing support. Ensure proactive, value-driven engagement with clients and act as their trusted partner for all service-related queries. Lead client calls and coordinate the resolution of escalated issues with professionalism and speed. Supervise the customer journey from onboarding through ongoing support, working closely with Customer Success Associates to ensure client satisfaction. Support corporate service delivery, including company incorporations, striking off, and secretarial filings. Oversee preparation of board and shareholder resolutions and ensure accurate filing via ACRA Bizfile. Oversee the team’s use of ticketing/CRM systems to ensure timely response and task tracking. Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists, and communication templates for repeatable client service processes. Monitor internal task completion and collaborate with team members to maintain consistent service delivery. Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve client response times, task turnaround, and workflow scalability. Manage a remote team and provide guidance and support to the Customer Success & Funds teams. Run weekly check-ins, assist with prioritization, and ensure team alignment on goals and client deliverables. Who You Are 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Operations, or Corporate Services—ideally in a startup or fast-paced B2B environment. Legal training or experience with legal documents is preferred. Knowledge of the funds industry, especially Singapore & Cayman funds is preferred. A strong communicator with both external client and internal team-facing experience. Proficient in Notion or similar tools. Process-oriented and organized, with a natural ability to balance client satisfaction and internal efficiency. Comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities, and stepping into a temporary leadership role. Please note that this is an on-site role based in Singapore.
