Overview

Avensys is a reputed global IT professional services company headquartered in Singapore. Our service spectrum includes enterprise solution consulting, business intelligence, business process automation and managed services. We work with clients across banking and financial services, insurance, information technology, healthcare, retail and supply chain.

We are currently looking to hire a Network Engineer for Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama.

Responsibilities
  • Cisco Networking Certification required (CCNA or CCNP)
  • Strong technical skills in Routing and Switching
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing NGFW firewalls (Palo Alto / Fortinet)
  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wireless Networks, DNS, NAC (ClearPass), and monitoring tools
  • Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Service-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Install, configure, and support routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Perform network maintenance, upgrades, and apply security patches
  • Monitor network availability, performance, and capacity
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and prevent recurrence
  • Support firewall rule implementation (User-ID, Application-ID)
  • Assist in security incident response and remediation
  • Participate in audits, vulnerability testing, and disaster recovery drills
  • Stay current with new technologies, threats, and best practices
