L2 Network Operations Engineer, Infrastructure About the Team: Our Infrastructure team provides the end-to-end managed services and solutions for the Group's entire Internet infrastructure alongside running business applications. We excel in building the architecture, providing solutions and operations of data centers, connectivity, cloud, networking, system, storage and security. We are a proud provider of high-quality and stable running business applications and services to our internal business units. Senior Network Engineers (N2) maintain and operate the whole network environment of Sea, including Data Centers, Backbone, Leaseline, DWDM and Firewalls in all business regions to keep the network running smoothly. As a part of the team, you will handle routine network requirements, bring effective solutions to complex incidents, troubleshooting, firewall requests and work to achieve network auto-operations. Job Description: Perform Tier-II management and operations for Sea network infrastructure and services. Work closely with Network Engineers (N1), Technical Project Managers, Network Engineers and Business units to provide network operations support, including problem identification, network incident troubleshooting, network maintenance configuration review, vendor escalation and management. Review and verify the network design and implementation of network solutions from Network Engineering team. Participate and provide technical support in network implementation projects when required. Maintain network performance by conducting network monitoring, analysis, and performance tuning. Take initiative in driving and fixing the current network problem/risks, and update the progress on a regular basis. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Telecommunication or related disciplines. At least 5 years of professional experience in IDC or ISP network environment. Good understanding of routing protocols like OSPF, BGP, MPLS, Segment Routing, and FRR. Good experience in Linux system administration to support fast troubleshooting. Hands on experience in Cisco/Huawei/Arista switches and routers. Experience in Cisco Nexus, Palo Alto, and Fortinet is a must. CCIE/HCIE or equivalent certification is a plus. Exposure in IS-IS, IPv6, Vxlan is a plus. On-call support required. Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Sea by 2x.
