Job Responsibilities Manage daily retail operations, including sales, cash handling, and staff supervision. Lead the retail team to achieve monthly sales targets and ensure excellent customer service. Handle stock ordering, supplier coordination, and product inventory management. Plan and execute marketing campaigns (including social media / TikTok promotions). Provide product training and guidance to retail staff. Maintain shop presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards. Prepare sales and expense reports for management review. Support company expansion plans, including setting up new shop outlets. Requirements Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, or Retail Management (preferred). At least 3–5 years of experience in retail or beauty product management. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Fluent in English and Burmese is highly advantageous (to communicate with suppliers and serve Burmese-speaking customers). Knowledge of beauty and skincare brands will be an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using POS or inventory software. Able to work weekends and public holidays when required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
