IT Admin

We are hiring for the IT Admin role at RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD . This role will manage and maintain our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with system administration, network management, and technical support to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance of our IT environment.

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure
• Implement security protocols and monitor system vulnerabilities
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users
• Monitor system performance and optimize configurations
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
• Document IT processes and maintain inventory records

• 2+ years of experience in IT administration or system support
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux server management
• Knowledge of networking protocols and security best practices
• Experience with virtualization technologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
