Procurement Specialist Responsibilities Execute and deliver local centralized procurement projects for standard categories such as Administration and IT, aligning activities with the Group's procurement policies, negotiating suppliers, signing contracts and managing settlements. Assist and guide local colleagues in completing self‑managed procurement processes, provide training on the Group's procurement management requirements, and offer feedback to headquarters for mechanism improvement. Collaborate with global procurement specialists to develop procurement strategies for key categories or projects, conduct local supplier sourcing and tendering, and support or organize supplier delivery acceptance to ensure quality standards. Coordinate cross‑departmental collaboration related to procurement, including data collection, organization and record‑keeping; propose and implement process optimisation initiatives, identify procurement risks and propose practical solutions. Cooperate with procurement, audit, compliance and other supervisory functions from Group headquarters; support unified supplier management activities including registration, qualification, evaluation and phase‑out across the full lifecycle. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 1 year of experience in procurement, commercial operations or supplier management. Familiarity with procurement and commercial contract workflows; experience with ERP or procurement systems is preferred. Strong multitasking and project‑management capabilities. Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration skills, with a proactive learning mindset. Fluent English; Mandarin is an advantage.
