Responsibilities Freight Operating Process and Procedure Development: Assists in improving operations by ensuring operational processes are standardized and initiative execution are aligned across countries Freight Operating Process and Procedure Development: Assists in gateway and operational support measurements to monitor and improve processes and business results Freight Operating Process and Procedure Development: Assists in establishing and monitoring the Key Performance Indicators (including business results tracking, productivity, cost management) to ensure improvement of KPI’s Freight Operating Process and Procedure Development: Assists in pre-audit preparation and self-assessment to ensure countries work according to standard and comply way Freight Operating Process and Procedure Development: Makes recommendations for changes to resolve supply chain or operational issues Documentation and Reporting: Assists in the generation and distribution of performance reports to concerned parties to ensure performance awareness and improvement Documentation and Reporting: Produces statistical and analytical reports for management to determine lane activity and growth opportunities Documentation and Reporting: Conducts data analysis to identify issues and action plans for continuous improvement FM Cost monitoring: Evaluates IAF cost and sell rate input by country. Routing and mark up details to drive pricing competitiveness initiatives and margin improvement activities Market Intelligence: Gathers and conducts research on market intelligence Coordination with Country Operations: Works closely with countries on identifying root causes of recurring issues and develops solutions to improve freight forwarding operations Coordination with Country Operations: Prepares weekly and monthly report and forecasts for district management and operations Requirements Degree holder with business related background or equivalent qualification Preferably possess knowledge on freight forwarding operations processes, procedures, and technology to ensure efficient movement of shipments through intermodal transportation (e.g., air, ocean, rail and ground) Fluent English in conversation and writing Proficient in Excel or other analytical tools or software Proactive and eager to ask questions, always look for continuous improvements Presentable with good communication skills Fast analysis Fast learner and can work under high pressure 직원 유형: 정규직 UPS는 차별, 괴롭힘 및 보복이 없는 일터를 제공하기 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다. #J-18808-Ljbffr
