We’re seeking a dynamic Freelance Recruitment Specialist to support our talent acquisition efforts across diverse sectors. You’ll partner with hiring managers and branding teams to craft compelling job ads, source top-tier candidates, and elevate the candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Proactively build and manage a pipeline of clients across a range of industries. Manage the 360 recruitment process from Junior to senior-level management positions. Engage with and consult clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored talent solutions. Source and screen high-quality candidates to match client requirements. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviewing, shortlisting and successfully placing candidates. Maintain and expand your professional network to continuously identify new business opportunities. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Contribute to the overall growth and development of the business. Requirements Minimum 1 Year of experience in a recruitment or sales role, preferably in the human resources and recruitment industry. Proven track record of successful candidate placements and client engagement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates. Driven, resilient, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Proficiency in using recruitment-related software and tools. CEI certified.
