Overview

Customer Service Officer cum Admin (Maid Agency) - Up to $3,500 - Kembangan

Location: Kembangan | Working hours: 5.25 Work Week - Monday to Friday: 10.00AM to 6.00PM, Alternate Saturday: 10.00AM to 2.00PM

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + 14 Days Annual Leave + AWS + WFH Flexibility from 2nd year of employment onwards

Duration: Perm | Industry: Maid Agency

Responsibilities
  • Sales work for agency
  • Answering Customer Inquiries
  • Addressing questions and concerns through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions
  • Investigating and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively
  • Offering accurate and helpful information about products, services, and company policies
  • Addressing customer grievances and concerns professionally
  • Processing orders, returns, and refunds
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers
  • Escalating issues to appropriate personnel
  • Keeping up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
  • Gathering customer feedback to improve service quality
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay to liaise with Melayu speaking associates
  • Must be willing to take CEI FDW course and exam
  • No Experience Required, Training Will Be Provided
