We're looking for anAI/LLM Security Engineerto join our back office team and help build AI-powered security platform. that fuses Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and advanced cybersecurity workflows to create a self-learning, autonomous threat detection and response engine.

As our AI/LLM Security Engineer, you will work directly with the VP to architect and deliver this platform from the ground up. You'll take the lead in designing intelligent security agents, real-time data pipelines, and language-driven automation to transform modern SOC operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build intelligent agent workflows using LangChain, OpenAI, LlamaIndex, or custom LLMs.
  • Integrate with SIEM logs, EDR tools, and threat intelligence APIs to enable autonomous threat analysis.
  • Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector search for secure knowledge retrieval.
  • Prototype and deploy end-to-end use cases such as:
  • Automated Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report generation
  • Natural language-based log analysis
  • Threat summarization and alert explanation
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity specialists to fine-tune models for real-world scenarios.
  • Contribute to backend services (FastAPI, Python, Node.js) and data pipelines (Kafka, Elasticsearch).
  • Engage directly with clients to understand needs, present solutions, and ensure successful adoption of the platform.
  • Ship early, iterate quickly, and apply agile and lean startup principles.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, LLMs, or NLP, with proven real-world deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals: alerting, incident response, MITRE ATT&CK framework.
  • Proficiency in Python (preferred), with experience in REST APIs and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the capacity to work directly with customers, gather requirements, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Bonus: Experience with SOC tools (ELK, Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel) or building copilot-style applications.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with autonomous agents or agentic AI systems.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps, IAM, or cloud security best practices.
  • Contributions to open-source AI or security projects.
  • Previous experience in startups or early-stage product development.
