The Healthcare Infrastructure Projects Division is a multidisciplinary team consisting of medical planners, architects, engineers, project managers, quantity surveyors, and asset management professionals, supporting the development and building of public healthcare infrastructure projects such as regional and community hospitals, specialist centres, polyclinics and nursing homes to prepare for future demand.

Job Responsibilities

• Bio-medical F&E planning and delivery
• To assist in cost reasonableness assessment (CRA) of both bio-medical and general Furniture & Equipment (F&E) when PHIs and VWOs request for F&E capital grant
• To support operation of HIPD online portals including user account management, user survey, system documentation etc.
• To perform data management, and analytics related to infra grant processing, reimbursement claims, project invoices & debit notes etc.
• To assist in preparation of training materials, presentation slides, reports, and events coordination
• To assist in annual budget preparation, cashflow tracking and basic accounting support

Job Requirements

Education Requirement(s):

• Diploma or degree in bio-medical/civil/IT/M&E engineering, QS, procurement, construction, project management or any related fields.

Key Qualities:

• A fast learner and interested in working with the public healthcare family
• Meticulous and detail oriented.
• Good time management and communication skills
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good team player with good interpersonal skills.

Years of Experience Required:

• Fresh graduates may apply
• Past healthcare exposure is an additional advantage
