We are now on the lookout for a Global Headhunter based in Singapore to help us scale our Product and Engineering teams. Our Product and Tech teams (around 20 people today) are headquartered in Singapore, and we’re seeking someone with proven experience hiring product, engineering, and design roles in the region—particularly within SaaS or consumer tech companies. Having already grown our business 10x over the past 12 months, we’re ready to take our technology teams to the next level. This role is more than recruitment, it’s about building the teams that will power an AI platform helping millions of solopreneurs and professionals start and grow their businesses online. The right headhunter will play a pivotal role in shaping Nas.io’s future, ensuring we bring in the talent that can turn our global vision into reality. What You'll Do Manage end-to end recruitment processes Source, attract and headhunt candidates Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates Conduct initial screening interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and the wider team Draft job descriptions and post roles on various platforms Manage pipelines and maintain recruitment databases (Greenhouse) Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the process Conduct reference checks Negotiate offers including salary, benefits, and stock options Maintain our ATS Greenhouse and local HR systems Support onboarding processes Support in office management and legal HR documentation Why this role is unique Get to work directly with our business leaders to shape our company and culture Get to see the impact you make in real time Have autonomy and ownership over how you want your role to look like and develop the way you wish to Be a part of a company that is growing at a super fast pace Get to work with colleagues from all around the world Your career grows as the company grows What you'll need 5+ years of experience in Recruitment (at least 3 years from SaaS company) Strong organisational and time-management skills Familiarity working with ATS systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Chinese - big advantage) High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of labour laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring Our Company Values Think in days: Not months.
