Company is a well-established Aerospace Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) organisation in Singapore .
We are looking for an experienced and motivated an experienced Senior Welding Engineer / Welding Specialist to oversee welding engineering processes and provide technical expertise within its manufacturing and repair operations.

- Timing: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Door to Door Transport Provided Islandwide
- Lead and provide technical expertise in welding engineering processes, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and quality requirements.
- Develop, review and optimise welding procedures, process parameters and repair methods to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- Establish and maintain welding process qualifications, including welder certification and process validation.
- Provide technical guidance and engineering solutions to resolve complex welding and manufacturing challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, product quality and operational performance.
- Develop and implement welding jigs, fixtures and tooling to support manufacturing operations.
- Oversee welding process compliance and support NADCAP audits, technical assessments and quality reviews.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and ensure consistent product quality.
- Review technical specifications, engineering drawings and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant industrial welding experience.
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, standards and engineering practices.
- Experience in NADCAP compliance and audit requirements.
- Familiarity with AWS D17.1 standards and welding process qualification.
