Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to partner with local clients and regional partners. Preferred qualifications Experience with storage technologies and managing a team that built and operated systems at scale. Experience in partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders (program manager/technical program manager/SRE) and building a solid roadmap of launches/improvements for specific areas. Experience in driving a portfolio of concurrent engineering projects ranging from short‑term critical feature launches to long‑term initiatives. Experience with delighting enterprise customers, and understanding of enterprise workloads. Ability to work with specialists on system designs and ambiguity. Guide the team through complex architectural decisions and ensure standards for code quality. Improve the end‑to‑end customer experience.
