We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to function as a Cash Management Subject Matter Expert within the Information Technology Department under Asian Systems Office. The successful candidate will be part of a growing dynamic regional team responsible for Transaction Banking applications, focusing on cash management for corporate customers. Job Responsibilities: Work closely with business stakeholders to facilitate standardization of requirements and align with application functions, minimizing customizations. Have in-depth understanding of cross‑border payments domain and application capabilities to facilitate end‑to‑end payment flow solutioning. Collaborate with business to enable digitization and standardization processes that promote product value proposition to customers. Provide global/regional solutions based on cash management domain understanding and application landscape. Have working knowledge of domestic payments landscape in APAC. Understand configurations maintained in the applications and their impact on system functionality across APAC. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge and documentation related to application features and processes (subject matter expertise). Job Requirements: Minimum 10 years experience as a business analyst specializing in implementation of cash management solutions in APAC for the transaction banking business. Experience in a regional/global system implementation for cash management solutions in other international banks, having been part of the full lifecycle from conception to post‑production support. Experience in payments and collections products (cross‑border & domestic), virtual accounts in corporate banking space. Practical experience working with business to provide advisory on to‑be process and articulate requirements clearly. Demonstrated ability to guide business on how an application fulfills requirement so it can be used without customization. Experience working with systems analysts, developers, testers to brief them on business requirements and validate solution expectations. Provide guidance to Testing CoE on test scenarios fulfilling requirements. Manage business issues raised during testing phase, qualify as defect or change and attribute severity. Excellent knowledge of ISO20022 payment standard and SWIFT messages. Experience with Global PayPlus product from FINASTRA would be an advantage. Familiarity with regulatory considerations in APAC region for payments is essential. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem‑solving, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, planning, organizational, time management skills. Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as good team player. Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
