Part-time Lecturer (School of Civil and Environmental Engineering)

We are seeking experienced part-time lecturers in the following areas within the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering:

  • Civil Engineering Graduate Programme
  • International Construction Management Graduate Programme
  • Maritime Studies Graduate Programme
  • PhD Courses

Candidates should have a proven track record in the relevant teaching area.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct lectures.
  • Prepare and submit editable teaching materials to the School.
  • Prepare, administer, and grade assessments and exams.
  • Student consultation.
  • Perform any other duties as required.
Requirements

Master's degree or higher; candidates with strong relevant industry experience will be considered. At least 2-3 years of teaching experience at the tertiary level is preferred. Professional experience (minimum 3 years) in the related field at a managerial level. Demonstrates profound knowledge of the relevant course.
