Overview Divisional Manager - (Tech Recruitment -All levels) | Recruit the best tech talents in the shortest time - We're hiring About the Role About the Role As the Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing and leading the development of scalable backend systems and Flutter-based mobile applications. You will architect and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across all digital platforms. This role requires a strong technical foundation, hands-on coding ability, and leadership skills to mentor engineers and drive best practices in architecture, DevOps, and mobile-backend integration. Responsibilities Lead backend architecture and system design for scalable, high-performance applications. Design, develop, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs with clear versioning and efficiency. Develop and integrate Flutter mobile apps, ensuring seamless backend connectivity and user experience. Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, including serverless and containerized deployments. Ensure system security, performance, and reliability using best practices (OAuth, JWT, IaC). Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical discussions, promoting clean architecture principles. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to align technical direction with business goals. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of backend development experience with proven system design capabilities. Proficient in Flutter with a strong grasp of mobile app architecture and backend integration. Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS, RDS) and CI/CD automation. Solid understanding of API design, data modeling, and scalable system architecture.
