Responsibilities: Lead and manage service operations within the Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation, and HVAC industry. Oversee the day-to-day service operations, including maintenance, repair, and installation. Manage a team of technicians and ensure efficient and timely service delivery. Develop and implement service strategies to meet customer satisfaction and business objectives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with customers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards. Provide technical support and guidance to the service team and customers. Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in ACMV/HVAC systems. Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in service operations within the ACMV/HVAC industry. Strong knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems and equipment. Experience in managing a team of technicians. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
