Position: Investment & Relationship Associate Location: SingaporeReporting to: Founder / CEOEmployment Type: Full-timeSerenity Resources Pte Ltd is seeking a high-calibre Investment & Relationship Associate to work directly with the Founder on a range of private and corporate investment initiatives - spanning energy, commodities, financial markets, and alternative assets.This is a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of investments, strategy, and relationship management. The role involves supporting deal execution, managing an active portfolio of cross-border projects, and helping to maintain and expand a carefully cultivated network of partners, investors, and counterparties across Asia.The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in finance, consulting, investment, family office, banking, or business development, with excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the professionalism to represent the Founder in high-level discussions. Intellectual curiosity, discretion, and initiative are essential.Founded in 2019, Serenity Resources Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based commodity trading house with annual trading revenues exceeding USD 1 billion, active across energy and financial markets in Asia.Role Overview Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate multiple investment and partnership projects (tracking, reporting, documentation)• Maintain relationship database and follow up with investors, partners, and advisors• Prepare investment briefs, meeting notes, and strategic summaries• Support due diligence, research, and project executionRequirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.• 2-6 years in private investment, banking, family office, consulting, or business development. Exceptional fresh graduates can also be considered.• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency highly preferred.• Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, and attention to detail.• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and CRM skills.• Mature, trustworthy, proactive, emotionally intelligent, able to represent the founder professionally.What We Offer: • Direct exposure to high-level investment and strategic decisions• Opportunity to grow into a senior associate or chief of staff role• Competitive compensation (SGD 60,000-120,000 per annum + bonuses)
