Overview What the role is: We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our academic team as a Full-Time Lecturer in Computer Science and/or Game Development. You will play a pivotal role in shaping future-ready learners by designing and delivering industry-relevant curricula, mentoring students, and driving innovation in digital learning and applied projects. What you will be working on Design and deliver curriculum for diploma and/or specialist diploma courses in Computer Science and Game Development. Coach and mentor students in both academic and technical development, and industry-based collaborative projects . Facilitate student exchanges, immersion programmes, and study trips — both virtually and in person. Engage in outreach activities such as open houses, competitions, and industry engagements. Develop high-quality digital and online learning content to support blended and self-paced learning. Take on academic administrative tasks, including course coordination, assessment planning, and curriculum development. Collaborate with fellow educators and industry partners to continuously improve teaching practice and curriculum design. Stay current with emerging technologies and pedagogical trends to ensure learner employability and industry alignment. What we are looking for Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience in Software Development and/or Game Development. Relevant qualification in Computer Science , Computer Engineering , Game Development , Game Design , or Game Production . Proficiency in major real-time engine (e.g. Unity3D, Unreal Engine), with scripting ability in Python and/or C# is a plus. Familiarity with Visual Studio , Java , C++ , C# , or Objective-C is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated passion for nurturing aspiring developers and digital creators . Able to work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary academic environment .
