As we continue expanding globally, we seek a dynamic Production Supervisor to deliver outstanding results across all Robots Assembly Production functions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety compliance through audits and training.
  • Team Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of assemblers, including providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Prepare day plan for the team and uphold company policy and be accountable for team performance.
  • Own KPI such as Safety, FPY, OTD.
  • Implement quality control procedures and address issues promptly.
  • Identify process improvements and collaborate with management to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.
  • Manage daily production operations, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met.
  • Optimize workflow and lead staff training, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain production records, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.
  • Prepare and present regular production performance reports to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Familiarity with production management software and quality control methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
