Responsibilities This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of business platforms through continuous optimization of operational standards and efficiency. You will design and implement scalable DevOps architectures and automation pipelines to streamline deployment and maintenance processes, while conducting regular security assessments to safeguard system integrity. A key part of the role involves collaborating with engineering and SRE teams to review system architecture, performance metrics, and operational logic, identifying and addressing potential issues to maintain smooth system performance. In addition, you will serve as the lead during production incidents, coordinating troubleshooting and resolution efforts to minimize downtime and ensure timely service restoration. Staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices is vital, as you will also organize team learning sessions and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization. Requirements The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, with at least eight years of experience in system operations, reliability engineering, or large-scale infrastructure management. You should have a strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and database management systems. Experience in high-concurrency environments, performance optimization, and fault diagnosis is highly valued. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is required, and familiarity with MySQL and PostgreSQL will be an advantage. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or Java is essential for developing automation tools and scripts.
