Ideal Candidate Profile Excellent academics, graduating from top performing universities with a degree in a related field. Proven track record of alpha generation in Japanese equities within a long/short framework. Deep understanding of Japan\'s corporate landscape, macroeconomic drivers, and regulatory environment. Minimum 5 years of portfolio management or trading experience. Strong risk-adjusted returns and a clear investment philosophy. Ability to operate independently while contributing to a collegiate, high-performance culture.
