Responsibilities Conduct routine checks of the premises to ensure facilities and infrastructure are in safe and serviceable condition. Manage day-to-day building operations, including security, cleaning, landscaping, waste disposal, irrigation, carpark functions, defect rectification, and general repairs. Supervise the use of common areas and shared facilities to ensure proper upkeep and compliance with building rules. Coordinate with term contractors to ensure timely servicing and maintenance of all building systems in line with agreed schedules. Perform regular inspections to uphold cleanliness, adequate signage, and the overall presentation of the property and carpark. Support the preparation, monitoring, and control of operating and capital expenditure budgets. Inspect and test fire protection and safety systems to ensure full functionality and regulatory compliance, including organizing fire drills. Liaise with tenants, external parties, and authorities on building improvements, regulatory matters, and emergency response when required. Requirements Diploma in Building Management & Services or a related discipline. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively. Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive approach. A collaborative team player who is also able to work independently with minimal supervision.
