Position Title: Product Executive (Pharmacy & Consumer)
Reporting To: Associate/Product Manager (Pharmacy)
Supervisory Role: None
Overview
Join a dynamic and fast-growing team where you'll be responsible for driving the revenue, market share, and profitability of a designated product portfolio within the pharmacy and consumer healthcare space. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of marketing strategies, support product launches, and collaborate across departments to deliver business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

  • Execute annual Go-To-Market strategies for assigned products, aligned with customer segmentation, pricing, and relevant marketing principles.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve sales, market share, and profit growth in line with yearly targets.
  • Conduct consumer insight research to support brand development and positioning.
  • Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to increase market share in targeted segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Assist in the planning and execution of new product launches.
  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets (A&P) to ensure efficient spending.
  • Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives with maximum ROI.
  • Provide bi-weekly updates on:
    • Sales performance and portfolio trends
    • Progress of marketing and execution plans
  • Accompany sales representatives for joint field visits (minimum twice a month).
  • Take on other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Acting Role
In the absence of the Product Executive, the Associate/Product Manager will oversee the responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in product or brand management, ideally within FMCG or pharmaceutical consumer healthcare.
  • Prior experience or strong knowledge in digital marketing is essential.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and teamwork.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; skills in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator will be an added advantage.
