Job Description & Requirements Job Highlights: Competitive Salary Opportunities for Professional Growth Positions Available: Centre Manager Admin Assistant Sales Coordinator Basic Job Description: Address inquiries via walk-ins, online, phone, and social media platforms Oversee center operations and handle administrative tasks Manage teacher‑related administrative matters Schedule and assign teachers to classes Ensure resolution of customer issues Contribute to strategic decision‑making Teaching experience is advantageous Perform other related duties as assigned Job Requirements: Minimum diploma/degree qualification Excellent communication skills with parents and staff Capable of working independently Proficient in MS Office and Internet usage Availability during center operating hours: 1 pm to 9 pm on weekdays, 9 am to 7:30 pm on weekends Additional Requirements by Role: Centre Manager: Preferably 2‑5 years of experience in tuition centers. Highly‑qualified individuals from other industries with 2+ years’ experience are also encouraged to apply, especially if keen to learn. Experience in strategic planning processes is beneficial. Admin Assistant: Previous experience is preferred. Sales Coordinator: Must possess a proven track record of relevant experience.
