Spare Parts Executive

Our client is a global company headquartered in Singapore. The successful candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, with strong planning and organizational skills to ensure timely and efficient dispatch. This role involves supervising a small team, optimizing shipment processes, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth logistics operations. Knowledge of ERP systems and international shipping procedures is an advantage. Responsibilities Oversee daily spare parts packing and shipping activities, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch. Track warranty requests from service team and track till shipment. Plan and schedule shipments based on workload, priorities, and deadlines. Supervise and guide currently two picking and packing team members. Assign tasks and ensure efficient execution of packing and shipping operations. Provide training and support to improve team efficiency and adherence to processes. Prepare and maintain reports on shipping status, order fulfilment, and pending shipments. Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve overall efficiency. Collaborate with Warehouse and Production teams for necessary assistance. Requirements Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, spare parts management, or logistics. Prior experience in spare parts handling, international shipping, and inventory planning is highly preferred. Experience in leading and supervising small teams in a logistics or warehouse setting. Additional certifications in Inventory Management, International Logistics, or ERP Systems (such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) would be an added advantage.
