We're Hiring – Construction Manager

Salary: $7,000 – $10,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Tuas, Singapore

Organisation: Established & Reputable

Scope:

Oversee overseas construction projects from planning to completion — ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning – Develop schedules, budgets & resource plans.

Team Coordination – Manage contractors, sub-contractors & site workers.

Budget Management – Monitor costs, approve expenditures & control finances.

Quality & Safety – Ensure compliance with codes, regulations & standards.

Communication – Liaise with clients, architects, engineers & stakeholders.

Problem Solving – Address delays, conflicts & unexpected site issues.

Documentation – Maintain records, permits & progress reports.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Construction Management

Certification in Risk Management Plan Implementation

Certification in Managing Workplace Safety & Health in Construction Sites

Proven leadership & organisational skills

Strong grasp of construction processes and project management
