One of our key Financial Services clients is looking for a DevOps Engineer for a position based in Singapore.

• Developing and maintaining the entire DevOps pipelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders from requirements gathering until successful implementation of the DevOps pipeline onboarding.
• Support developers in preparation of JIRA deployment tickets as part of change management.
• Work with vendors and internal platforms to set up centralized DevOps solutions considering market best practices, industry standards, and ease of support.
• Upgrade the DevOps toolset and integrate with tools.
• Lead analysis and resolution of root causes for Test Orchestration / Environment related issues .
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills ; writing, publishing and conference-level presentation skills.
• Stay current with industry trends and lead development of key DevOps, Runtime, and Operational innovation platforms.

• Deep technical background with hands-on experience in supporting CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonar, Veracode for SAST, JIRA and Confluence).
• Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines orchestration with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Experience containerizing applications and building pods/containers in Kubernetes .
• Good experience with OpenShift or AWS .
• Experience with different build and branching strategies .
• Deep technical background on Kubernetes deployment processes.
• Knowledge of maintaining/deploying secrets in Kubernetes.
• Experience setting up Jira workflow .
• Hands-on experience with Shell or Groovy scripting.
• Experience in customizing JIRA and setting up Confluence spaces.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipeline as a centralized solution.
• Experience with DevOps governance , Security standards and audit requirements.
• Experience setting up DevOps pipelines in internal and external cloud offerings.
• Experience with continuous testing (JUnit, SonarQube, Veracode, etc.).
• Automation using advanced Python,
• Experience in managing hybrid cloud/on-prem environments.
• Familiar with observability platforms and incident response workflows .
• Working knowledge of AI / Machine Learning applications is an advantage.

• Strong in Software Engineering fundamentals.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Visual thinking.
