Exclusively partnering with a leading organisation known for culture of innovation, agility and YoY growth. This permanent, full-time, on-site Country HR Manager role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities- As the Country HR Manager, you will report to the HR Director overseeing the region and oversee a diverse workforce of approximately 290 employees across blue- and white-collar staff. You will be the primary point of contact for all HR matters locally, focusing on operational excellence and compliance across the employee lifecycle.
- Your core focus will be the day-to-day HR operations and employee relations, including workforce planning, policy implementation, grievance handling, and performance management. You will partner closely with department heads to support business needs, resolve employee issues, and foster a fair, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture. This role also involves overseeing payroll, benefits administration, and ensuring alignment with local labour laws.
- In a lean and fast-paced environment, you have the opportunity to participate in or drive projects focused on process improvements, enhancements of HR systems, and support automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10-12 years of progressive HR experience. Experience in startups (pre Series C) is an advantage. Strong learning agility, commercial acumen, coupled with excellent communication skills, will be required for the candidate to succeed in this role. This individual should also be comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, with a passion for building future-ready HR capabilities.
