Ideal Candidate Enthusiasm, competency, and innovation Someone with a global outlook Interest in working with local SME Results‑oriented and a good team player Highly numerate with first‑class analytical skills Program Overview The Summer Analyst Program is a 10‑week rotation that trains and cultivates key pipeline for Citi’s full‑time Analyst Program. Analysts will work in Citi’s key businesses or functions, assigned to projects for an immersive experience. Key benefits include training, buddy programs, networking events, speaker series, and structured development opportunities. Role Details Relationship management Credit Lending Management Client segment strategy Business planning and analysis Know Your Customer (KYC) and Control Process design Program Objectives Through mentorship, training and career development programming, Summer Analysts will finish the program with a broad understanding of the Commercial Banking business and the operational intricacies of Citi. Background Citigroup’s Commercial Bank (CCB) provides commercial banking services to mid‑sized companies and targets revenue segments of $10 MM – $3 B. CCB aims to be the global bank of choice for trade‑oriented companies.
