Your role will focus on creating a robust, scalable, and resilient architecture that ensures the efficient management of security operations, emergency response, and site protection protocols across multiple sites and infrastructures.**Key Responsibilities:****Design and Architect C2 Systems for Security Operations:*** Architect and design Command and Control (C2) systems tailored to manage and coordinate site protection, surveillance, and emergency response efforts.* Develop end-to-end solutions integrating physical security technologies (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection) with centralized C2 platforms to enable real-time monitoring, decision-making, and operational coordination.* Ensure C2 systems are capable of providing situational awareness, threat identification, incident reporting, and resource management across multiple security operations.**System Integration:*** Lead the integration of C2 solutions with various physical security systems, such as surveillance cameras, access control systems, alarm systems, and emergency communication platforms.* Design solutions that allow seamless interoperability between C2 systems, IoT devices, and security monitoring platforms to enable fast, informed decisions during critical events.* Oversee the integration of C2 platforms with broader enterprise systems, including IT infrastructure, facility management, and other operational systems.**Command Center Development and Optimization:*** Design and optimize the physical and virtual Command Centers (Security Operations Centers) where security personnel can monitor and respond to incidents in real-time.* Ensure C2 platforms support visualization tools like dashboards, maps, and alerts to provide operators with an intuitive and effective interface for monitoring site conditions.* Integrate artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and predictive analytics to enhance the decision-making capabilities of C2 systems.**Real-Time Data Management and Communication:*** Enable the real-time collection, processing, and dissemination of data across all security systems within the C2 environment.* Develop communication systems for quick dissemination of security alerts, incident reports, and coordination between security teams, emergency services, and leadership.* Ensure that C2 solutions provide full visibility of ongoing security incidents and site conditions to support critical decisions and prompt response actions.**Emergency Response and Incident Management:*** Design C2 solutions that support emergency protocols, including rapid deployment of resources, lockdown procedures, and coordination with external emergency services (fire, medical, law enforcement).* Integrate incident response and escalation workflows into the C2 system to ensure consistent handling of emergencies and security breaches.* Develop automated triggers and workflows within the C2 platform to expedite responses to security incidents, minimizing downtime and damage.**Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:*** Ensure that all C2 security systems comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NFPA, GDPR, physical security regulations).* Work closely with compliance officers to ensure that C2 systems adhere to legal and ethical guidelines related to data privacy, video surveillance, and incident reporting.**Continuous Improvement and Innovation:*** Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in C2 technology, physical security, and smart city technologies to incorporate new features and capabilities into the C2 system.* Innovate to improve system resilience, scalability, and performance, ensuring the C2 solution can evolve to meet new security threats and operational demands.* Conduct regular system reviews, audits, and updates to ensure the C2 platform remains efficient, secure, and responsive to evolving needs.**Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:*** Collaborate with site security managers, IT teams, facilities management, and external contractors to ensure the C2 solution is deployed effectively and meets operational goals.* Provide leadership in security architecture discussions, offering expertise on best practices and future trends in physical security and C2 technologies.* Guide teams on the deployment, integration, and operation of the C2 systems, ensuring smooth implementation and user adoption.**Key Skills and Qualifications:*** **Educational Background:** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. + Certifications in Command and Control systems or security management (e.g., Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) are highly desirable.* **Experience:** + Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in designing and implementing C2 systems for site protection, physical security, or security operations. + Strong
