Position Overview

We are seeking experienced part-time lecturers in the following areas within the College of Engineering, School of Civil and Environmental Engineering:

  • (A) Civil & Environmental Engineering Undergraduate Programme
  • (B) Maritime Studies Undergraduate Programme

Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in their teaching area.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct lectures and tutorials
  • Prepare teaching materials
  • Administer and grade assessments and exams
  • Provide student consultations
  • Perform any other duties as required
Qualifications

Applicants should have extensive industry and/or academic experience, a passion for teaching, and preferably meet the following requirements:

Position (A) - Civil & Environmental Engineering Undergraduate Programme
  • Professional certification in civil & environmental engineering or higher
Position (B) - Maritime Studies Undergraduate Programme
  • Professional certification in maritime aspects (e.g., Master Class 1 COC) or higher
