We are a leading Singapore-based poultry processing and fresh/frozen meat distribution company, specialising in supplying high-quality chicken and poultry products to major supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and wholesale distributors.

With our expanding business, we are looking for a proactive, results-driven, and experienced Sales Executive / Sales Manager based at our Boon Lay plant to manage existing B2B accounts, expand market coverage, and drive sales growth.

因公司業務擴張，我們現誠聘一位積極主動、以結果為導向且經驗豐富的 銷售執行員 / 銷售經理 （工作地點：文禮廠房），負責管理現有B2B客戶、拓展市場覆蓋率並推動銷售業務增長。

• Respond to customer enquiries, prepare price quotations, and handle contract negotiations based on market pricing and product specifications.

  回應客戶查詢，根據市場價格與產品規格準備報價單並進行合約談判。

• Process and confirm daily sales orders, ensuring accurate details are communicated to Processing, Cold Storage Warehouse, and Logistics teams.

  處理並確認每日銷售訂單，確保將準確的細節轉達給加工部、冷庫倉庫及物流團隊。

• Monitor order fulfillment, delivery schedules, and supply chain status to guarantee timely delivery of fresh and frozen poultry.

  跟進訂單履約、送貨日程及供應鏈狀況，確保冷鮮與冷凍家禽及時送達。

• Prepare delivery orders, tax invoices, and food safety/quality compliance documentation.

  準備送貨單、發票以及食品安全/品質合規文件。

• Handle customer feedback, resolve order discrepancies, and manage returns or quality claims efficiently.

  處理客戶反饋，高效解決訂單差異、退貨或品質投訴。

• Identify and penetrate new market segments, including HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), central kitchens, supermarkets, and wholesale buyers to open new key accounts.

  開發新市場領域，包括餐飲業者（酒店、餐廳、咖啡廳）、中央廚房、大型超市及批發買家，開發新核心客戶。

• Conduct client visits, product sampling, and regular follow-ups to expand market share and maximize sales volume.

  進行客戶拜訪、樣品提供及定期跟進，以擴大市場佔有率並最大化銷售量。

• Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and chefs in the F&B industry.

  與餐飲業關鍵決策者及主廚建立、維護並深化長期合作關係。

• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales targets and maximize commission earnings.

  關注市場動態、競爭對手價格與需求預測，以達成並超越每月/年度銷售目標，賺取高額佣金。

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Supply Chain, or a related field (relevant experience will be prioritised).

  大專或同等學歷，工商管理、食品科學、供應鏈管理或相關專業者優先（有相關工作經驗者優先考慮）。

• Minimum 2–8 years of B2B sales or business development experience in the Poultry, Meat, FMCG, or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry .

  具備至少 2–8 年 家禽、肉類、快消品 (FMCG) 或餐飲 (F&B) 行業 的 B2B 銷售或業務拓展經驗。

• Must possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle (Transport / Petrol allowance provided).

  必須持有有效新加坡 Class 3 駕駛執照並自備交通工具 （提供交通/汽油津貼）。

• Strong understanding of local F&B supply chain, meat cuts/processing specifications, and fresh food distribution workflows.

  熟悉新加坡本地餐飲供應鏈、肉類部位分割/加工規格及生鮮食品配送流程。

• Familiarity with food safety standard regulations (e.g., SFA regulations, HACCP, ISO 22000, or Halal certification systems) is an advantage.

  熟悉食品安全標準法規（如 SFA 規定、HACCP、ISO 22000 或 Halal 清真認證體系）者優先。

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, order management, and ERP software.

  熟練掌握 Microsoft Excel、訂單管理及 ERP 系統操作。

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  具備良好的溝通協調能力、談判技巧及人際交往能力。

• Comfortable working near food processing areas, cold rooms, and wholesale market environments when required.

  適應在食品加工區、冷庫及批發市場環境中工作。
