Food Technologist

• Develop and formulate beverage prototypes in line with project requirements, industrial standards, and country-specific regulations.
• Experienced in a wide range of beverage applications including coffee, tea, dairy, plant-based options, carbonated soft drinks, fruit juices, energy drinks, flavored water, and alcoholic beverages.
• Proficient in handling lab process equipment such as UHT, aseptic filler, homogenizer, carbonator, hot water bath, autoclave, and high shear mixer.
• Basic understanding of product heat treatment across different beverage categories to ensure safety.
• Experience in selecting and evaluating the right flavor solutions, ensuring compliance with application requirements.
• Good sensory skills to evaluate and select appropriate flavors for products.
• Understands the commercial needs of the market and acts as the technical contact for key category customers.
• Manages raw materials, laboratory supplies, and maintains housekeeping standards.
• Works closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and maintains effective communication with team members and clients.
• Responsible for evaluating products (both in-house and external), developing new recipes, and modifying existing ones for customer submission.
• Conducts tests on food ingredients and prototypes, ensuring adherence to food quality standards.
• Conceptualizes ideas from food preparation processes for marketing purposes.
• Delivers requirements through timely and effective project management.
• Handles any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

Requirements:

• Hold a Diploma/Degree in Food Technology/Science/Nutrition or any related Applied Science field.
• 1-2 years of experience in working with processed food flavors, seasoning manufacturers, or processed meat producers, including culinary skills for application development.Possess a Diploma / or Trade Certificate in Relevant Discipline
• Possess Good Communication Skills, Be Meticulous, Always Accurate Results Driven
• Quick-Thinking, Versatility to be able to Solve Problems
• Highly-Motivated & able to work Independently
• Strong Desire to own projects and exceed beyond expectations
• Versatility and Ability to find solutions and deliver results
• Strong Command: MS Word/Excel, etc
