What You Will Be Working On
  • Project and Vendor Management – manage different phases of projects including budget paper approval, requirements gathering, environment setup, testing, migration, implementation and maintenance.
  • Vendor management – manage relationships to ensure business objectives are met and contracts/SLAs are properly maintained.
  • System maintenance and compliance – maintain systems, implement updates to comply with governance policies and GovTech/MHA requirements.
Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide technical advice and solutions.
  • Collaborate with HTX stakeholders for budget approvals, crafting technical specifications, consulting SMEs and overseeing procurement processes.
  • Provide regular project updates to management.
What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum 3-5 years in ICT project management.
  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Experience in full system development life cycle (SDLC) and system maintenance.
  • Proficient in project management – PMP certification is preferred.
  • Experience in government projects and Instruction Manual 8 (IM) preferred.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
