Job Description – Sales Consultant

• As a Sales consultant, you will be part of a team that is transforming the way restaurants operate. Using a consultative approach, you will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new restaurateurs. By understanding their unique needs, we need your passion and sales expertise to help their business thrive.

• Generate a list of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close
• Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospect’s needs
• Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery
• Leverage Hubspot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities
• Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Getz in the market

• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels; ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Self-motivated, creative, and flexible with the ability to perform well under pressure
• Experience canvassing and cold-calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of success preferred
• Highly motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills to interact at all levels
• Results-oriented, resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
• Good written and oral presentation skills in multiple languages to liaise with associates
• Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
• Sales experience preferred

• Able to perform well on social media ads and develop concepts for advertising campaigns.
• Pitch ideas to the team.
• Design and develop marketing collaterals for digital marketing campaigns such as GIFs, short motion graphics/videos and social media graphics.
• Support Marketing team on all kinds of artwork creation, adoptions, resizing, product visuals, where necessary.
• Design, maintain, and supply content for merchant's website
• Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connection with customers
• Monitor merchants presence on social media
• Launch advertisements using various advertising platforms to increase brand awareness
• Communicate with merchants and facilitate alignment of business goals and content creation
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
