Group Consolidation Specialist

Overview We are currently looking for a Group Consolidation Specialist to join the expanding team for our client in the scientific technology manufacturing firm. The Group Consolidation Specialist will be responsible for group consolidation, intercompany reconciliation and improving intercompany reconciliation processes, improving entity level accounting processes at various entities of the group, financial reporting, streamlining accounting processes, and enhancing reporting accuracy. In addition, the incumbent will be required to participate in ongoing system implementation projects from an intercompany reconciliation perspective. Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with a cohesive team. Responsibilities • Perform group consolidation and intercompany reconciliation across entities in the group. • Improve intercompany reconciliation processes and entity-level accounting processes. • Prepare financial reporting and ensure accuracy of reporting. • Streamline accounting processes and contribute to system implementation projects from an intercompany reconciliation standpoint. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accurate and timely financial close.
