Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to the Executive Director, supporting decision‑making, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for external meetings with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and refine investor communications, presentations, and strategic updates.
  • Track, monitor, and follow through on action items from meetings and discussions.
  • Drive strategic initiatives across the business, working with cross‑functional teams to ensure execution and delivery.
  • Shape new deals, business cases, and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations on company‑wide strategic priorities.
  • Establish best practices in project management, execution tracking, and reporting.
Investment Management
  • Support the Executive Director in evaluating investment opportunities and portfolio performance.
  • Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to inform investment decisions.
  • Assist in structuring deals and developing investment cases.
  • Maintain oversight of portfolio reporting, ensuring timely insights and updates for investors.
  • Drive strategic initiatives across the business, working with cross‑functional teams to ensure execution and delivery.
  • Shape new deals, business cases, and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations on company‑wide strategic priorities.
  • Establish best practices in project management, execution tracking, and reporting.
Qualifications
  • 7–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment management, or corporate strategy roles.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with experience in deal shaping and business case development.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling narratives for investors and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proven track record of working closely with senior executives and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
