About the Team
TikTok LIVE UX team is responsible for the product design of the TikTok LIVE. Our primary areas of ownership include core structure, revenue, e-commerce and game features and payment functionalities in TikTok LIVE. By utilizing professional design methods and practices, our team aims to enhance the user experience and improve the efficiency of these products and areas.
TikTok LIVE UX team is looking for a product designer to help users better experience the payment transaction within TikTok app.
Job DescriptionDesign for TikTok, the creative short video platform that targets global users.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, UX writers, and engineers.Participate in every aspect of the product development process, from generating ideas to refining pixel-perfect designs before launch.Rapidly prototype conceptual product ideas, design user flows based on data analysis and user research, gather feedback from various stakeholders, iterate on designs, and deliver products with the best user experience.Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
Minimum Qualifications4 years of experience designing UX for consumer-facing products across mobile and web, preferably in content creation or consumption-related domains.Experience in UX and UI design, having led multiple design projects from strategy to launch, with strong attention to detail.Ability to iterate quickly and generate a wide range of design concepts.Open-minded and receptive to feedback, with a patient attitude.Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of handling rapid changes and less-than-ideal situations.Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating your concepts, vision, and decision-making.Global vision and mentality, actively paying attention to global internet products.
Preferred Qualifications:Acknowledgement of global payment solution is a plusExperience with A/B testing and data-driven practices.Experience working with multiple stakeholders across the organization.Familiarity with front-end programming.Passion and enthusiasm for TikTok and its community
