Store Operations: Responsible for the daily operations of the retail store, including but not limited to product sales, customer service, product display, stocktaking, and administrative record-keeping;2. Sales Targets: Achieve personal and team sales targets on a yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis as planned by the company;3. Product Sales: Carry out daily retail sales, introduce and promote products to customers, and provide basic health advice;4. Customer Outreach: Use various methods such as in-store sales, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online marketing to reach out to and maintain both new and existing customers;5. Customer Service: Build and maintain customer management systems, improve customer satisfaction, and develop long-term clients.6. Additional Responsibilities:a.
