## Senior Production Support Analyst tSingapore · Full-time · Intermediate#### About The Position**Job Summary**We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Support Analyst to join our AML Systems team. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, reliability, and efficiency of our AML batch processing systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to managing production environments and supporting testing activities.**Key Responsibilities****Production & Batch Management*** Execute, monitor, and validate pre-production batches and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).* Provide Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) support for production batch failures, ensuring rapid issue resolution and minimal downtime.* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., Oracle Support) to resolve complex batch processing issues.* Coordinate with upstream data teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of UAT test data.* Generate and distribute accurate production batch status reports to senior management and stakeholders.**Testing & Technical Execution*** Support Testers and Business Analysts (BAs) during UAT to ensure functional requirements are met and documented.* Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell Scripting and Python to enhance monitoring and operational efficiency.* Manage job scheduling for critical AML processes using enterprise-grade tools such as Autosys.**Qualifications****Required Experience & Technical Skills*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.* Minimum of 8 years of banking experience, with a strong focus on production support for large-scale, enterprise-grade applications.* At least 6 years of experience supporting AML processes, including Risk Rating and Transaction Monitoring.* Expertise in Oracle OFSAA/FCCM products (AML, KYC, PFT, ECM).* Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL for Oracle database operations and query optimization.* Strong scripting skills in Shell and Python.* Hands-on experience with Autosys or similar job scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M).**General Skills*** Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.**Join Us:**Come and join a winning team You'll be challenged, have fun, and be part of a highly respected organization.Matrix is a global, dynamic, fast-growing technical consultancy leading technology services company with 13000 employees worldwide.
