Founded by Changpeng Zhao (CZ) in 2017, Binance is currently the largest cryptocurrency exchange in terms of daily volume. Binance is the core global exchange and operates separate exchanges in some countries due to regulatory reasons. The Binance Global Creative Team is seeking a Junior Designer to produce world-class design work for the crypto currency platform Binance. You will deliver modern, effective, and inspiring creative deliverables for the global brand and support digital graphic design, localisation of campaign graphics, and communications across channels including social media, websites, events, digital marketing, and OOH.

Responsibilities:
  • As part of the design team, develop and produce artwork and advertising that reflect the identity of Binance globally across different products and local markets.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal design team to ensure brand coherence and consistency across all creative output.
  • Proactively identify emerging design trends and contribute to internal creative discussions.
  • Contribute ideation for brand-led campaigns and activations.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in established graphic studios, branding or advertising agencies, or in-house design and branding roles.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating range and a solid understanding of aesthetics, design and communication.
  • A clear communicator who can express complex ideas clearly and collaborate with teams outside the Creative group.
  • Ability to execute creative work independently and remotely.
  • Knowledge and interest in Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus.
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must; knowledge of Figma is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX work is a plus.
  • Fluency in English required (additional languages a plus).
