What You Will Be Doing
  • Harness AI to decode student learning patterns, creating breakthrough methodologies that redefine English language instruction.
  • Engineer intelligent, adaptive learning tools that make complex language concepts natural and literary analysis intuitive.
  • Architect personalized learning journeys that adapt with each student, from foundational phonics to advanced textual analysis.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to advance language education with AI.

Instructional Designer Key Responsibilities

Leverage AI-powered analysis and implementation to accelerate mastery of English and Language Arts skills across grade levels within the 2 Hour Learning model.

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in ELA teaching or curriculum development with proven student outcomes.
  • Foundational coding knowledge in any programming language.
  • Practical experience with AI systems in educational contexts (content creation, data analysis, adaptive learning).
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret and act on complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate sophisticated language concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Working with Us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly. For details, see
