We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin / Showroom Assistant to join our team and support daily operations.Responsibilities• Handle general administrative duties (filing, data entry, documentation, scheduling)• Assist in answering phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the showroom and office• Manage office supplies and ensure stock is replenished when necessary• Support the sales/design team with preparation of documents, quotations, and project files• Run ad-hoc errands or duties assigned by management• Assist in basic bookkeeping support (if required)Requirements• No minimum education• Prior admin or customer service experience preferred (but not mandatory)• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Positive attitude and willing to learn• Able to work independently with minimal supervisionWhat We Offer• Friendly and supportive work environment• Opportunities to learn about renovation & interior design industry• Career growth in a stable company• Salary: $1800 - $2800/month depending on experienceWorking daysMonday to Saturday 11am to 8pm or 12am to 9pm
