Group Accountant

The Group holds a diverse portfolio of assets across the global market, and they are looking for a unique individual to join their growing business. Responsibilities Oversee the company’s financial and management reporting functions. Manage accounts consolidation and monthly reporting for approximately 60 entities (including subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associates) across Singapore, Malaysia, China, and Vietnam. Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Deliver accurate and timely financial and management reports, including variance analysis, cash flow projections, and accounts receivable collection updates. Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with statutory requirements. Work closely with Department Heads to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Provide financial insights and advice to support business decision-making. Manage external and internal audits, as well as statutory compliance matters. Requirements Degree in Accountancy, or professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA. Minimum of 10 years’ experience, including at least 4 years in group consolidation (covering intercompany transactions between subsidiaries and joint ventures). Strong technical accounting skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive, independent work style. Experience with Cognos is an advantage.
