Senior Marketing and Operations Manager - TikTok Local Services Overview Local Services aims to become the most trusted local services platform for users and partners, offering a rich daily life experience through products such as POI, Video, LIVE, and Search. Local Services creates an inclusive and fair healthy business environment, helping merchants, service providers, creators and other roles to continuously create revenue and improve efficiency. Responsibilities Plan and implement local service campaign/event strategies based on business goals, ramp up platform resources (e.g., product, creator, KOL) to ensure engagement. Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for local services, including budgeting, goal setting, resource allocation, and post-campaign analysis. Translate insights into actionable strategies to support business development. Collaborate with creator operations, product and merchant business development to leverage local service content distribution strategies through platform campaigns/events. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of operation-related work experience, with experience in lifestyle business/e-commerce and content marketing. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify problems, and develop constructive solutions. Excellent negotiation skills and cross-functional collaboration and integration capabilities. Clear logic, strong execution ability, self-drive, resilience under pressure, and creativity.
