Responsibilities Successfully manage projects from start-up to completion. Study protocol development Develop statistical analysis plans and conduct analyses. Oversee study compliance to the ethics requirements and local regulations. Supervision of quantitative and/or qualitative analysis. Development of scientific papers and the dissemination of the study findings. Preparation of proposals for new grants. Conduct literature reviews, including systematic reviews. Mentoring junior staff. Engage with healthcare professionals and collaborators to support research activities. Requirements PH.D. in Public Health or Health Services Research. Proven track record in clinical/public health/health services research, with outstanding management abilities and a demonstrated track record of leadership. Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience. Strong acumen with in-depth understanding of quantitative and ideally qualitative research methodologies. Proficient in use of standard statistical or qualitative software e.g. STATA, SPSS, NVivo. Good scientific writing skills as demonstrated by track records of publications in international peer-reviewed journals. Able to drive research projects from design, implementation to deployment.
